1 lb. hamburger
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 cups shredded cabbage
1 (14 q/w oz) can stewed tomatoes
1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp vinegar
salt & pepper
2 cups cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
In a large fry pan, brown meat and onion. Stir in cabbage, cover and cook 5 minutes. Add can of tomatoes, sugar, vinegar and seasonings. Mix well, add tomato sauce, continue cooking 10 minutes, add hot cooked rice.

I have made stuffed cabbage rolls for years. This tastes the same but is a lot less work. I also use the brown rice.
