2 lbs Raisins (white and dark)
2 lbs Currants
1/2 lb Almonds
12 eggs
1 lb Butter
1 c Molasses
2 tsp Baking Soda
1 c Sour Milk
1 tsp Allspice
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Cloves
1 tsp Nutmeg
2 lbs Mixed Fruit
1 lb Candied Cherries
1 lb Figs
2 c Brown Sugar
2 c Sugar
8 c All Purpose Flour
1 lb English Walnuts
1 lb Brazil Nuts
1 lb Pecans
1 lb Pineapple (both colors)
1 c Coffee
1 c Grape Juice
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 qt Black Walnuts
Cheese Clothes (soaked in brandy or port wine)

Mix all ingredients and bake at 375 until done. Wrap in soaked cheese cloths and store in container for 3 weeks.
