1/2 cup soft butter
3/4 cup brown sugar (packed)
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp water
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla

3/4 cup quick oats
6 oz pkg Nestle's butterscotch chips
orange extract

Directions:
Directions:
Beat butter until creamy, add brown sugar, egg and water. Combine flour baking powder, baking soda, salt and vanilla blend with above mixture.

Add oats, butterscotch chips, and orange extract. Put on greased cookie sheets.

Bake at 375 10-12 minutes
