2 cups Original Bisquick mix 1 cup milk 2 eggs 1/3 cup granola 1/2 cup cinnamon flavored baking chips Maple syrup
Heat griddle or skillet over med/hi heat or electric griddle 375º; grease if necessary. Stir Bisquick mix, milk and eggs in large bowl until blended. Stir in granola and cinnamon chips. Pour batter by slightly less that 1/4 cupfuls onto hot griddle. Cook until edges are dry. Turn; cook until golden. Serve with syrup.
