8 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
2 c. frozen shredded hash brown potatoes
1 c. diced fully cooked ham
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
1 T. dried minced onion

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, beat the eggs, milk and seasoned salt. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Pour into a greased 8 in. square baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 45-50 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
