2lbs ground chuck
1c diced onions
2 cans pinto beans
1 can pink kidney beans
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can mexican stewed tomatoes
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can diced tomatoes with green chiles
2 cans diced green chiles
1 pkg taco seasoning mix
1 pkg ranch dressing mix
TOPPINGS:
Tortilla chips
Sour cream
Shredded cheddar
Diced onions
Sliced olives

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground chuck and onions until meat is done. Drain fat. Add all soup ingredients to stock pot or crock pot. Simmer in stock pot about 30-45 minutes or in crock pot on high 4-6 hours. Serve with Tortilla chips, shredded cheese, sour cream, olives, diced onions...get creative.
