To give as a gift: Mix 1 cup flour and 1/2 tsp. salt. Spoon mixture through funnel into a 1 quart (4 cup) glass jar with lid. Add the following, tapping jar to settle ingredients: 6 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa, 3/4 cup granulated sugar, 1/2 cup packed brown sugar, 3/4 cup more granulated sugar, then 6 tbsp. more cocoa. Top with 1/2 cup chopped walnuts and 1/4 cup each white and semi-sweet chocolate chips. Close lid. Tie baking instructions to jar.

Baking Instructions: Heat oven to 350. Grease 9 inch pan. Whisk brownie mix in a bowl. Stir in 1/2 cup melted butter, 3 eggs beaten, and 1/2 tsp. vanilla. Spread into pan. Bake for 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center has a few crumbs. Cool completely before cutting.
