3 slices TILAPIA
EVOO (extra virgin olive oil)
SEASONING SALT
1 package RAMEN NOODLE SOUP
2 cups NORMANDY VEGATABLE MIX
2 cups water.









Directions:
Directions:
Place 3 slices of Tilapia in the metal pan,lined with thin foil in the toaster oven. Pour some olive oil over the fish. Add some seasoning salt and broil them for 15 minutes.

Follow the instructions for the Ramen Noodles, except add 2 cups of Normandy Mix.. Cover the pan. . Cook at medium heat until the veggies are tender and enjoy...

As many of you know Annette and I are home with only two eating at meal time. Cooking for two is a real chore. We are both retired and don't have to much time for cooking. We prefer simple meals. Annette is diabetic witch adds to the challenge of staying under 4 carbs per meal.
We love to shop at Sam's so our recipe contains items purchased at Sam's
