1 cup Light Karo Syrup 1 cup sugar 1 1/2 cups peanut butter 1 tsp. vanilla 6 cups Special K Cereal 12 oz. butterscotch chips 6 oz. chocolate chips
Melt syrup and sugar and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add peanut butter and vanilla; mix well. Spread mixture into waxpaper lined 9 x 13 pan. FROSTING: melt butterscotch chips and chocolate chips in microwave; spread over bars.
