3 pound pork roast
1 cup water
1 tsp garlic salt
1/4 cup BBQ sauce.....I use Open Pit
3/4 cup ketchup
1/2 cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Place pork roast in roasting pan with water. Place in 300 oven for 2 hours or so. You can also slow cook it in a crock pot if you'd like. Shred with 2 forks. Mix together remaining ingredients and pour over the meat, mixing thoroughly. Serve on rolls of your choice.
