1 c peanut butter
1 jar (7oz) marshmallow cream
1 1/2 c rice crispy cereal
1/2 c semisweet chocolate chips
4 tsp shortening

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, combine peanut butter, marshmallow and cereal. Stir until well coated. In small microwave safe bowl, put chocolate chips and shortening. Microwave for 1-2 min or until chips are melted. Stir until smooth. Roll cereal mixture into balls. Dip in chocolate. Place on wax paper lined pan. Refrigerate until set.
