6 T. butter, melted
3 T. grated Parmesan cheese
8 med. unpeeled red potatoes (2 3/4lbs.) halved lengthwise

Directions:
Directions:
1. Pour melted butter into a 13x9x2 baking pan. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over butter. Place the potatoes with cut side down over cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 400 for 40-45 min. or until tender.
