2 lbs. stew meat
1 can tomato soup
3/4 c. water
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
( I have used pickle juice for substitution)
Combine 3 potatoes,quartered
3 carrots, sliced
2 onions, chopped
1 bay leaf
Salt & pepper
1/2 package of frozen vegetable's
1 can mushrooms & 1/2 the juice
1/4 C. catsup

Use a large baking dish (5 quart) .
Bake 275 5 hours
Don't look at it for at least 3 hours. It will look strange. Then you will begin to smell. hmm good
