4 baking potatoes (2lb.)
2 T. butter, melted
2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Peel potatoes and cut into large chunks; place in a shallow 2-qt. baking pan. Pour butter over and toss until well coated. Sprinkle with paprika, salt and pepper.

2. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 45-60 min. or until potatoes are tender.
