Chicken Livers
bacon
water chestnuts
soy sauce
ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Wrap each strip of bacon around a piece of chicken liver and a water chestnut and secure with a toothpick. Mix required amount of soy sauce and ginger to marinate livers overnight in the refrigerator.
Drain and bake at 450 for about 25 to 30 minutes.
