1 c butter 1/4 c confectioners sugar plus enough to coat 2 t vanilla 1 T water 2 c flour 1 c pecan pieces
Cream butter and 1/4 c confectioners sugar. Add vanilla, water and flour. Mix well and add pecans. Chill fro 2 hours. Form small rolls 1&1/2 inches long & bake on a greased cookie sheet at 300º for 20 minutes. Roll in confectioners sugar while warm.
