3 c cooked squash
2 eggs
1 c milk
1 c grated cheese
2 c Ritz Cracker crumbs
3/4 stick butter
1 t salt
1 t pepper
1 c chopped onion

Directions:
Directions:
Heat squash & drain. Add butter, salt & pepper and milk and mix together. Add beaten egg, onions, cheese and crumbs. Mix and pour into a greased casserole, top with additional buttered cracker crumbs & bake at 350 for 40 minutes to 1 hour.
