1 pk frozen spinach thawed & water squeezed out.
1 T onion chopped fine
1 c sour cream
1 c mayonnaise
1 box Knorr dried vegetable soup mix
1 can water chestnuts drained

Directions:
Directions:
Cook spinach for 3 minutes and squeeze water out. Mix all ingredients and refrigerate for several hours or over night before serving.
