2 lb. fresh mushrooms
11 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
2 T. minced onion
1/2 lb. fried bacon, crumbled
1/2 c. parmesan cheese
garlic salt

Directions:
Directions:
Wash mushrooms and break off stems. Place mushrooms on cookie sheet with hole up. Sprinkle with garlic salt. Mix together softened cream cheese, onion, bacon and parmesan cheese. Fill mushroom caps. Bake at 350 for 10 - 15 minutes until hot. May refrigerate until ready to heat and eat.
