2 (No. 303) cans whole kernel corn (drained)
1/2 C. margarine (1 stick)
1/2 C. flour
2 C. milk
3 eggs, separated
Salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Make a thick white sauce by melting margarine and adding the flour. Mix well and add the milk or some milk & juice drained from corn. The egg yolks may be added to sauce at this time (or they may be discarded). Beat egg whites until they stand in stiff peaks. Gently fold them into corn mixture until it is light and fluffy. Pour into buttered 2 quart baking dish and set in pan of hot water. Bake in 350 for 50-60 minutes until golden brown on top. Serve immediately
