1 qt. chicken, cooked and cubed
1 1/2 c. toasted almonds
1 1/2 c. celery, finely chopped
1 T. lemon juice
2 t. lemon rind, grated
3 c. grapes, white, cut in 1/4
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first five ingredients. Fold in mayonnaise and grapes. Season to taste. Serve on lettuce leaf or bread.
