Directions:
Make mashed potatoes as you normally would. When they have been mixed to proper consistency, add a few drops of red or green food coloring. A delightful dish guaranteed to dress up any holiday table.

This wasn't one of mom's most well know dishes, but she helped Daryn prepare these famous potatoes one Christmas. Unfortunately, they weren't a big hit with everyone.
