7 medium potatoes
8 oz. carton of sour cream
1/2 bunch of green onions, finely chopped
1 1/2 C. grated cheese
2 cans of Cream of Chicken soup
1 cube butter (melted)
1/2 C. corn flakes (crushed)

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes with skin on. Mix soup, onions, cheese and sour cream. Peel potatoes and grate. Use 1/2 of butter and put in bottom of 9x13 pan. Put potatoes in & pour mixture over. Mix 1/2 cup butter with crushed cornflakes. Sprinkle over mixture. Bake 350 for 30 minutes.
