2 cups self rising flour dash salt 1 cup buttermilk (or regular whole) 1/2 cup shortening
mix shortening into flour , then add all other ingredients . mix and put on floured board, and roll out, and cut into bisuits.. bake at 350 for 20-25 mins or until brown. lightly butter tops when done..
