30 oz. salt
3 oz. sage
6 oz. black pepper
3 oz. sugar
ground venison

Directions:
Directions:
Mix 1 T. of seasoning mixture with 1 lb. of ground venison. Form into patties and fry.

This seasoning is a recipe handed down to me from a good meat market in Wisconsin. It can be used with any type of meat. And can be stored in an airtight container for a long time.
