5 to 6 chicken breasts 1 C. sour cream 1 can Cream of Chicken soup 1 sq. margarine 1 1/2 stacks of Ritz cracker crumbs 2 T. poppy seed.
Boil chicken breast in salt water. Shred or cut in small pieces. Mix sour cream, soup & poppy seeds with chicken. Melt margarine & mix with crumbs. Layer crumbs and chicken mixture and crumbs again. Bake at 350º for 20-30 minutes
