Potato Soup Recipe

2 lb. bag frozen hash brown potatoes
1 can chicken broth
2 c. water
1 onion, diced
1 c. milk
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
salt and pepper to taste
8 slices cheese

Suggested toppings:
Shredded cheese
Bacon bits
Chopped Ham
Green onions
Sour cream

Place first four ingredients in a pan and cook on low for 30 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients and continue cooking on low for an additional 20 minutes. Sprinkle with toppings of your choice and serve hot.
