3 c cooked boned or canned chicken
3 c celery sliced thin
3 c cooked rice
1 medium onion chopped
1&1/2 c mayonnaise
1 box frozen peas thawed
3 T lemon juice
1 t salt
1/4 t pepper
1//2 stick butter
1/3 c flour
3 c chicken broth
1/2 c sliced almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Grease a 9x13 inch casserole pan. Combine chicken, celery, rice, peas and onion in a large bowl. Stir in mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt & pepper and mix well. Melt butter in a sauce pan over medium heat and stir in flour. Cook until blended then stir in broth and cook until thickened. Pour over chicken mixture in casserole. Stir until well mixed and sprinkle with almonds. Bake at 350 until done. About 40 minutes.
