4 C. potatoes, peeled & cubed
3 stalk celery, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
4 cans chopped clams
1 qt. half & half
1/3 C. margarine
1/3 C. flour
Salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Drain juice of clams into a sauce pan over the vegetables. Add enough water to completely cover. Cook until potatoes are tender. While vegetables are cooking in another sauce pan melt margarine and stir in the flour. Add half & half, stir with a wire whisk until mixture is thick and smooth. Mash potatoes slightly and pour the vegetables and liquid in with the sauce. Add the clams and salt and pepper to taste.
