8 slices of bread, cubed & crusts cut off
2 C. gated cheddar cheese
4 eggs
1 1/2 lb. sausage links, cut into thirds
2 1/4 C. milk
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1/2 C. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Place bread cubes in a 9x13 pan. Top with cheese. Brown sausage & drain grease. Cut sausage & place on top of cheese. Beat eggs. Add milk & mustard. Pour over top. Refrigerate overnight. Dilute soup with 1/2 cup milk. Pour over all. Bake at 300 for 1 1/2 hours.
