Butter
Sour cream
1 pkg. dry ranch dressing
Shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Bake potatoes until tender. Scoop out pulp saving skins. Mash potatoes with butter & sour cream. Stir in 1/2 of the ranch dressing packet & cheddar cheese. Add more ranch dressing to taste. Bake on a cookie sheet in oven for 20-30 minutes or until cheese is melted.
