2 c. Bisquick or other buttermilk baking mix 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (sharp for more flavor) 2/3 c. milk 1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted 1/2 t. garlic powder
Preheat oven to 450º. Combine baking mix, milk and cheese until soft dough forms. Beat vigorously 30 seconds. Drop dough by 10-12 heaping tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes, until golden brown. Brush butter and garlic powder on biscuits. Serve warm.
