1 pie shell, uncooked
2 1-oz. squares German sweet chocolate
1 c. butter
3 eggs
2 T. flour
1 c. sugar
1 t. vanilla
1 c. pecans, chopped
1/2 c. coconut
Garnish: whipped cream, shaved chocolate, pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate and butter over low heat and let cool. Beat eggs, flour, sugar and vanilla together for 3 minutes at high speed. Pour chocolate mixture over eggs and beat 3 more minutes. Add pecans and coconut. Pour into pie crust. Bake at 350 for 28 minutes. Cool. Before serving, garnish with whipped cream, shavings and pecans.

I added a little extra coconut. Also, watch that it doesn't boil over once it starts cooking. Place a cookie sheet on the rack below it in the oven to catch the overflow.
