1 C. Mayonnaise (I prefer Hellmann'sİ)
1/2 C. Lemon juice
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1/4-1/3 C. minced Garlic
1 Tbsp. Lemon zest
1/3 C. finely chopped fresh Tarragon

Directions:

In a bowl whisk together all of the ingredients.
Cover and refrigerate for a minimum of 3 hours before using.

This is delicious on Roast Beef & Cheddar or French Dip sandwiches; makes a good dip for veggies too.
