1/2 C. Sugar
1/4 C. Water
3 Tbsp. Strawberry jam
2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
1 Tbsp. Cornstarch
1 pint Strawberries, hulled and cut in half

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan combine sugar, water and jam.
Stir over medium heat until sugar is dissolved and mixture just comes to a boil. In a small bowl, mix lemon juice with cornstarch, until cornstarch is dissolved; stir into sugar mixture.
Cook until slightly thickened. Stir in strawberries.
Heat through, but do not cook.
