2 boxes frozen spinach
1/2 red onion
2 c diced ham
3 tbsp butter
1 lb (2 packs) cream cheese
1 c sliced mushrooms
2 tbsp chicken soup base
8 c water
1 pk onion soup mix

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion, mushrooms and ham in butter, add spinach, water, cream cheese, onion soup mix and chicken soup base. cook on low for 1/2 hour.

serve with shredded cheddar cheese.
