1 12 oz package of fettuccine noodles
2 or 3 green onions
1 lb fresh shrimp / cleaned and deveined
1/4 c butter
3/4 c milk
2/3 c sour cream
1/2 c grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg yolk ... slightly beaten
1/4 c white wine
1 tsp Italian seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta according to directions.
Saute mushrooms, onion and Italian seasoning in butter, add sour cream, cheese and egg yolk. Mix well and add wine.
Add shrimp and cook over low until shrimp is pink.
Serve over cooked pasta
