2 10 oz. pkgs. refrigerated pizza crust
c. mayonnaise
pkg. dry Ranch seasoning mix
1 garlic clove, pressed
2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
1 c. coarsely chopped broccoli
1/2 c. diced red bell pepper
1 med. carrot, crinkle cut
1/2 c. pitted ripe olives, sliced
1/4 c. grated fresh Parmesan

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425. Unroll pizza dough and arrange on baking stone or pizza pan, shaping into a circle. Using lightly floured rolling pin, roll dough to edge of baking stone, sealing seams. In medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, Ranch mix and garlic; mix well. Spread evenly over crust to within 1/2 inch of edge. Top with half of mozzarella. Sprinkle vegetables over pizza; top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan. Bake 18-22 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Remove from oven; let stand 10 minutes. Cut into wedges.
