1 12 oz bag of cheese puffs / or cheetios.
cooking spray and foil.
2 c lite brown sugar packed.
1 c margarine (not butter).
1/2 c lite corn syrup.
1/2 tsp baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 250.
Line cookies sheets with foil and spray with cooking spray.
Spray metal mixing bowl w cooking spray and add the cheese puffs.
Combine sugar, margarine and corn syrup in sauce pan and bring to boil over medium heat. Reduce to low heat and continue to boil 5 min. stirring. Remove from heat and add baking soda. (it will foam and become creamy) stir once more and pour over cheese puffs. Mix well to coat.
pour onto cookie sheets and bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 min.
pour onto parchment paper to cool and store in a airtight bag / container.

This is a family / framily favorite... keep in mind you can not stop eating this! I found this recipe by accident when looking for something new to serve at Gary's 50th birthday party and it is a super keeper.

You can also add nuts if you like! Enjoy!
