3 large chicken breasts
2 bricks cream cheese
1 c. Frank's Red Hot sauce
1/2 bottle of blue cheese
Mozzarella
Frito scoops

Directions:
Directions:
Bake chicken breasts. Let cool and shred meat.

In a saucepan add chicken, cream cheese and hot sauce, heat until combined. Pour mixture into an oven safe dish. Spread 1/2 bottle of the bleu cheese dressing. Sprinkle an entire package of mozzarella cheese on top.

Heat through in a 350 oven until cheese has browned on top. Frito Scoops are used to dip.

If desired, garnish with jalapeno rings on top.

We bring this to every party and it's always a hit! We don't even like bleu cheese; the recipe actually calls for a full bottle. If breasts are on the smaller side, use 4 instead.
