4 boneless chicken breasts
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
2 T. extra virgin olive oil
3 sprigs fresh rosemary, chopped
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In a frying pan, brown chicken with 2 T. of extra virgin olive oil and salt & pepper for 20-25 min. then add the chopped rosemary and balsamic vinegar. Cook for 4-5 min. on each side.
