2 lbs. ground beef`
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic
1/2 cup lime juice
1 can Rotell (8 oz.)
1 jalapeņo chili pepper (optional)
1 small can green chilies
2 large cans red kidney beans
1 handful chopped cilantro
2 (15oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 small can tomato paste
1 pkg. chili mix
1 tsp. salt (to taste)
1 tsp. pepper (to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef. Add onions and garlic and onions; cook until onions are clear. Add in Rotell, lime juice, green chilies. Cook together over medium heat for about 5-10 min.. Then add kidney beans, cilantro, tomato sauce and tomato paste with 2 cans of water, salt & pepper.
Cook altogether over medium to low heat for 45-60 min.
