1 c. flour
1 c. milk
2 T. sugar
pinch salt
1 egg (beaten)
1 T. melted butter
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Stir first four ingredients together well. Add egg & butter by folding in, then stir in baking powder.
Put mixture in fry pan about 300-315 until bubbly on top. Turn with a spatula and cook for about 1 to 1 1/2 min. or until golden brown
About 2 T. batter makes a four inch pancake.
