2 cans niblets corn
2-3 cans cut green beans

1 c. mayonnaise
2 c. sharp grated cheese
2 T. worchestershire sauce
1/2 cup onion

3 c. bread crumbs
6-8 T. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Drain canned corn and green beans. Put in 2 1/2 qt. casserole dish (sprayed with cooking spray). Mix next 4 ingredients, add to vegetables. Cut 4 slices of bread into squares and place on top of casserole. Drip melted butter on top and cook.
Bake @ 350 for 1 hour
