1 C butter 1/3 C unsweetened cocoa powder 3 C white sugar 1 (12 fluid oz) can evaporated milk 1 tsp vanilla extract
Combine butter, cocoa, sugar and evaporated milk in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil and boil for 7 min. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla. Carefully pour hot mixture into a blender and blend for 2 to 4 min. Serve immediately. Store in refrigerator.
