2-3 pounds beef soup meat or cheap cut meat or venison cut up in chunks
1 bunch fresh soup seasoning
1 pkg frozen mixed vegetables
1 can tomato paste
2 potatoes cut up
2 carrots cut up
salt and pepper to taste
1 pkg vermicelli

Directions:
Directions:
Boil meat, vegetables (not potatoes and carrots), tomato paste and seasoning on medium heat for 3 hours. Remove fat periodically. Add more water if it evaporates. Then add potatoes and carrots and cook 20 minutes more. Add vermicelli and boil an additional 10-15 minutes.
