1- 1/2 cups crushed nacho-tortilla chips
1- 9 inch pastry shell
1- 15 oz. can chili with beans
1- 4 oz. can diced green chili peppers
3/4 cup sliced pitted ripe olives
1/4 cup sliced green onions
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup or more shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 cup or more shredded Cheddar cheese
1 2-1/2 oz. jar of sliced mushrooms or fresh
TOPPERS: shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes, sour cream, avocado, etc.

Directions:
Directions:
1- Sprinkle 1 cup of crushed chips in bottom of baked pastry shell.
2- Combine chili, peppers, 1/2 cup olives and onions. Spread over ships in crust.
3- Spread sour cream over chili, top with the cheese. Add remaining olives, drain mushrooms and place on cheese and top with remaining crushed chips.
4- Cover pie lightly with foil and bake in a preheated oven 375 F for 15 minutes. Remove foil cover and continue baking for another 20 minutes. Serve with toppers.
