2 cups peeled apples, cored & chopped
1 T. sugar
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 cup celery, chopped
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup whipping cream
lettuce
dash salt

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle apples with sugar, lemon juice, and salt. Add celery and nuts. Fold mayonnaise into whipped cream. Gently fold into apple mixture
Chill. Serve in lettuce lined bowl.
