1 lb. ground beef
1 small chopped onion
1 cup frozen corn,thawed
1 can white beans
1 can (14.5 oz.) diced stewed tomatoes
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) minestrone soup

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and onion; drain. Place in a slow cooker. Add remaining ingredients along with 2 cups water and cool on LOW 3-4 hours. Makes about 8 cups.
