2 cups shortening
3 cups sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. cream of tartar
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
5 cups flour
cinnamon & sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cram shortening and sugar. Add eggs and beat. Stir in cream of tartar, baking soda, salt and flour. Roll dough into small balls. Dip into cinnamon and sugar mixture. Bake at 400 for 10 minutes
